Device Information/Condition

ThreeTeez does not sell dropped, cracked, water damaged  or non-functioning devices. Please see the "Condition Chart" for detailed of condition levels.

Carrier/ Network Information

Unless the option "Unlocked" is available when purchasing devices, the device will be locked to the Network Carrier indicated.  We carry Network LOCKED and UNLOCKED devices, please see the carrier drop-down during ordering to check availability and pricing. Carrier locked devices must be activated on that carriers network via a prepaid or post paid plan. GSM Unlocked devices, work with all GSM networks worldwide including AT&T, Cricket, Simple, T Mobile, Metro, Ultra + more. Also works with Verizon, Page Plus, Straight Talk and Total Wireless. These units (including GSM Network Unlocked) will not work with Sprint, Boost, Virgin or other similar CDMA networks.  

Device Images

Specific device images can be emailed prior to purchase by contacting customer service. A representative can email or text up to 4 images. Allow up to 24 hours for images to be sent. Be advised that devices will still be available for sale  during this time period, no hold will be placed on the device until purchased.

Refunds

7 Day Refund Policy

ThreeTees takes pride in the service and products we offer which is why we offer a "No Questions Asked" 7 Day refund policy. If you are unhappy with the device that you have purchased for whatever reason, contact us to request a full refund. We will refund your full purchase price (minus shipping charges) upon receipt of the device. 


Refund Shipping Policy

If the device is defective upon arrival, ThreeTeez will pay return shipping cost. Otherwise the customer is responsible for return shipping cost to send the device back to ThreeTeez.
